Shipping Information

What's your processing time?

My processing time (the time before shipping) is anywhere between 2-5 days from the date you place your order. Shop updates usually cause the volume of orders to go up, and thus can increase the processing time to 2 weeks or longer.

⭐⭐ Please check my social media for general updates on my order queue before emailing me. ⭐⭐ I usually post updates on my Instagram stories and on Twitter.

Who do you ship through?

All packages are shipped via Pirate Ship through USPS First Class Mail for both domestic and international orders.

What are your estimated shipping times?

This can vary depending on where you live. The times below are typical with the exception of the holiday season (Halloween - New Year's).

United States
East Coast: 2 - 5 Days
Midwest: 3 - 5 Days
West Coast: 3 - 7 Days

International
Canada & Mexico: 1-3 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-8 weeks

Are orders tracked?

All orders come with a USPS tracking number. You will automatically receive a tracking number through e-mail once your shipping label has been printed.

Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be delayed or stop updating entirely once they cross the border.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

I currently don’t offer expedited shipping. If you’re looking to get your order in time for a holiday or event, I can’t guarantee your package will arrive by your desired date.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet!

Please follow these steps if your order was marked as delivered but can’t be found:

1. Wait a few days — it’s fairly common for USPS to mark a package as complete in error, especially around the holiday season, when in reality it's still at the post office or on a delivery truck.

2. Contact your local Post Office — if a few days have gone by and you still haven't seen the package, please contact your local branch to see if it's being held there! Additionally, the post office workers are able to look up the GPS location of where your package was dropped off!

3. Check with neighbors/roommates — check with your neighbors to see if the package had been mixed up and dropped off at the wrong door. Likewise, if you live with other people, check with everyone in the household to ensure someone else didn't already bring the package in.

4. Check around your house/apartment — if you don't have a secure drop-off spot for packages, could it have been placed somewhere else?

If you still haven't been able to locate the package, you can file a missing mail search directly with USPS on their website here:

International Information

✧ Can you ship to the UK?

Due to VAT regulations (as of 2021 laws), I am unable to ship to the United Kingdom.

✧ Can you ship to the EU?

Yes, I am able to accept orders from the EU (with the exception of Germany), but please be aware of the following:

→ You are responsible for paying any and all customs and duty fees laid out by your country's laws and regulations.

You will not be charged VAT/duties/customs fees at the time of checkout which means you will be solely responsible for any fees you may have to pay at the time the package reaches your home country.

I will not reimburse any fees or refund orders that are sent back to me if customs fees are not paid.

✧ Can you ship to Germany?

Due to the country's new LUCID packaging registration system (as of 2022 laws) I am unable to ship to Germany at this time.

✧ Can you ship to Ukraine?

At this time, I am unable to ship to Ukraine.

✧ Can you ship to Russia?

At this time, I am unable to ship to Russia.

✧ Can you edit my customs info so I can avoid duties?

I will never alter any customs information in any way that would be false or untruthful — this is mail fraud!

If you do not wish to pay the customs/duties/fees from your country, please do not place an order with my shop.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read over all item descriptions and details carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

As long as the shipping label for your order as not been printed, your order can be cancelled for a full refund. Typically if you reach out to me within 6 hours of placing your order, I can accomodate the cancellation.

Please note: Once you have received the email that your order has shipped, I can no longer reroute or cancel the order.
